We appreciate your support of our small business! Our products have a processing time of 3-10 business days. We do offer custom orders and expedited shipping on many orders, please reach out to us if you have any questions.
We ship via USPS First Class for small orders (under 1 lb.) Orders over 1 lb. are shipped either via USPS Priority or Fedex Ground. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to scan on USPS. Please add extra time for delays related to inclement weather and holidays.

Our Plug-N-Play Kits ship in two separate deliveries. Your aquarium will arrive first, and your coral shipment typically follows within about one week of the tank’s arrival. Exact timing can vary slightly based on weather and transit conditions, as we always prioritize the safety and health of the corals.
You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment as they go out, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes! We offer local pickup at our manufacturing facility for our customers that live in the Pacific Northwest. Choose the local pickup option at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.
We use custom packaging designed to protect aquariums during transit. In the rare event of damage, contact us and we’ll make it right.
