Tank crashes or unstable basic (Salinity, Temp) parameters after introduction
Corals that have been fragged, cut, or modified after arrival
Damage or loss caused by pests, fish, or invertebrates
Faded color or minor stress (common during early acclimation)
Claims submitted after the 7-day window or without required documentation
